I suspect it's not worth correcting at this stage, but we should call it out in the specification is some kind of error we regret in the name of web compatibility so that we don't make it again for a new value.

@annevk the link relation discussion was [here](https://github.com/whatwg/html/issues/10162) which is where the token came from AFAIK.
