Thank you for making those changes, this is shaping up nicely!
I had a question about the spec placement. Since this is introducing a CSS media feature, is there a reason this is being defined in the manifest spec rather than in the CSS Media Queries spec?
It seems like this might potentially span both areas. If that’s the case, would it make sense to also reflect changes (or at least reference this) in the CSS spec?
Curious if there’s prior discussion or rationale here that I missed.
