yoshisatoyanagisawa left a comment (w3c/ServiceWorker#1391) Is there a way to dynamically reference step numbers in Bikeshed? If not, we might want to just point to the algorithm name and avoid hardcoding the step number, or alternatively, set a label on the step and refer to that.
