[w3c/manifest] "cannot be used together" editing woes (Issue #1227)

The above quoted sentence seems to have an extra word "and". Also, the definition of "cannot be used together" is not referenced and makes ReSpec complain. Consider adding `class="lint-ignore"`.

(This was found in the I18N review but is not an I18N comment)
