Just a small example to add to the chorus. The Red Hat Design system has [a button element](https://ux.redhat.com/elements/button/), which encloses a `<button>`. Our consumers started using this element to expand/collapse other items (e.g., drawers), and we noticed them (understandably) adding attributes like `aria-expanded` and `aria-controls`, which unfortunately do not currently get applied to the internal button.
