@masayuki-nakano, Yes ArrowUp/ArrowDown should move the caret to the next line - in DOM order - just like it would behave if this line wouldn't be absolutely positioned.

In FF the gaps between the blocks can not be reached with ArrowUp/ArrowDown. In Chrome/Safari it works as expected.
