[w3c/editing] Firefox: Up/Down arrow navigation doesn't work with absolutely positioned elements in contenteditable (Issue #523)

Description:

In Firefox, when a contenteditable element contains absolutely positioned child elements,
arrow key navigation behaves inconsistently:
- Left/Right arrow keys work correctly (follow DOM order)
- Up/Down arrow keys fail to navigate to/from absolutely positioned elements

This works correctly in Chrome and Safari.
