mkruisselbrink left a comment (w3c/ServiceWorker#1197) Might be non-trivial though, since html parallel queues run the next "job" as soon as the (synchronous) steps of one job have completed, while currently the SW job queue doesn't start the next job until the previous job has explicitly signalled its completion (after possible async steps).
