[w3c/permissions] Add more permissions into the registry (Issue #475)

Looking at:

* https://searchfox.org/firefox-main/source/dom/webidl/Permissions.webidl
* https://searchfox.org/wubkat/source/Source/WebCore/Modules/permissions/PermissionName.idl
* https://source.chromium.org/chromium/chromium/src/+/main:third_party/blink/renderer/modules/permissions/permission_descriptor.idl

it seems there can be a lot more than what we have in the registry right now.
