[w3c/screen-orientation] Some Code Samples have code references in orange/light blue color combination which has 2.9:1 contrast (should be 4.5:1) (Issue #264)

ehind67 created an issue (w3c/screen-orientation#264)

Document format update request;
Code samples include some code references in an orange/red colour on blue background which give 2.9:1 contrast (should be 4.5:1) - code terms include orientation, type, angle, etc found in the code blocks
Sample link to WebIDL code block; https://www.w3.org/TR/2023/WD-screen-orientation-20230809/#screenorientation-interface
Terms lock, unlock, type, angle, onchange have insufficient contrast to blue background.
