[w3c/screen-orientation] Wording change; adjust term "clicking" to "Select" to reflect multiple ways to activate Lock/Unlock (Issue #263)

ehind67 created an issue (w3c/screen-orientation#263)

APA review: minor wording change request.
In Examples of Usage, https://www.w3.org/TR/2023/WD-screen-orientation-20230809/#example-of-usage , the opening sentence uses the term Clicking the lock/unlock button. Recommend change to Select or another generic term rather than mouse specific to reflect multiple way to access the button.
