I dont have a strong pref (I expect Brave would be fine implementing either approach, and either approach would prevent sites from needing to roll their own.  But, i think `schemeless` would be slightly nice, since if you want the scheme, you can already easily get it with [`URL.protocol`](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/URL/protocol).

But, super dont want to bikeshed things.  I think either option would be terrific, and happy to support either option
