[whatwg/webidl] Update all examples, and the lt for the type, to the new underscore'd token (PR #1500)

The [most recent commit](https://github.com/whatwg/webidl/commit/d5cc64ce81542d58e2df5357513a72561be28b53) updated the grammar productions to require `async_iterable` rather than `async iterable`, but didn't update the examples in the spec.

I also updated the definition text to match.
