@EisenbergEffect My understanding is that `delegatesTo` was somewhat preferred by those at the f2f, but that there hasn't actually been a firm decision to change the name just yet. `referenceTarget` is still what's implemented in Blink and WebKit and afaik there are no issues filed yet to change it, much less code committed.
