@aphillips The browser engines trim the values for the default representation fields (example `name`: [Chromium](https://github.com/chromium/chromium/blob/main/third_party/blink/renderer/modules/manifest/manifest_parser.cc#L620), [Gecko](https://github.com/mozilla/gecko-dev/blob/master/dom/manifest/ManifestProcessor.sys.mjs#L146), [WebKit](https://github.com/WebKit/WebKit/blob/main/Source/WebCore/Modules/applicationmanifest/ApplicationManifestParser.cpp#L541)), so we wanted to treat the localized values the same way.
