Re: [w3c/manifest] Ability to dynamically change app icon (#663)

Interesting—looks like Android sends you straight to the home screen so you can see the change every time icons are switched—no warning or permission requested. I think this might be done with [activity aliases](https://developer.android.com/guide/topics/manifest/activity-alias-element) so icons are probably still reviewed by Google, but I'm no Android dev 😅

Does anyone know any iOS/Android calendar apps that frequently change their icon without permission that we could investigate?
