Re: [w3c/manifest] Ability to dynamically change app icon (#663)

I like @silasabbott's idea.

I think it would work for both:
* daily icons (eg. for a calendar (eg. Amie, Google Calendar, Notion Calendar))
* and custom icons that you can select (eg. Discord, Read.cv)

(Examples from native apps)

What if multiple icons are added? Should they be shown in a grid?
