Re: [w3c/manifest] Ability to dynamically change app icon (#663)

I really love the idea of having dynamic PWA icons. I hope the following examples can add some use cases, as I find native apps have this great capability and hope PWAs can have it added too:

Season/ festival special icons like that of VideoLan:

So there could be many great and creative use cases with dynamic app icons, and hopefully with proper security measures (as spoofing is a risk), it can be implemented.
