Hello @mikewest , I am trying to match [Firefox's behaviour](https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=479038) with Chrome for  URLs with credentials described in this [PR](https://github.com/whatwg/fetch/pull/465)  It would be great if we could merge this PR and standardise the behaviour.  If you don't have time to do the remaining tasks mentioned above to merge this, I would be happy to do them for you. Kindly let me know. Thanks
