Re: [whatwg/dom] Add AbortSignal.any() (PR #1152)

@shaseley I guess it's worth investigating how complex using abort algorithms would be to not change that test, but if it ends up being unwieldy I think changing the expectation should be safe enough.

@benjamingr `addEventListener()` would change ordering as well and disallowing `stopImmediatePropagation()` does not appear to have agreement. #1195 investigates a better userland pattern.
