Should `customElements.attachTemplateAsShadow(this, state)` be separate proposal ?
I see the need for such API, but not on `customElements` . Rather follow the pattern of [element.attachShadow](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Element/attachShadow)
