@yutakahirano If you choose to not implement streaming upload for HTTP/1.1 in Chrome, that's an engineering resources choice. However, I do not see a reason to explicitly forbid it in the spec. The spec applies to all of Chromium, Firefox, Apple WebKit, and node.js fetch().
