Re: [whatwg/dom] Add declarative Shadow DOM features (#892)

One can be supportive of declarative model of shadow DOM or custom elements, and still not supportive of the currently proposed form of declarative shadow DOM. Those are not contradictory positions.

As far as I've read it, the [following comment](https://github.com/whatwg/dom/pull/892#issuecomment-1079552552) is a false dichotomy and mischaracterization of Mozilla's view as I understand it.
