just want to bring the awareness to a project that we have been working on for automating IME input. This project can address the pain point where currently web authors don't have a way to simulate IME input and write tests for scenarios that involve composition events. Here is a 11min introduction video about the project (presented by our summer intern Javier): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YgU2qeA4bU4 If you are interested, please take a look and we can discuss any feedback or comments here Thanks! some references: a tweet from a web author discussing writing automated tests for IME: https://twitter.com/dan_abramov/status/1367575454786404359 Playwright's github issue for the feature: https://github.com/microsoft/playwright/issues/5777 -- You are receiving this because you are subscribed to this thread.
