[w3c/uievents] Auxiliary files in repo not being pushed to w3c.github.io (#317)

Recent changes that I made to:

* event-algo.html - Experimental algorithmic re-write of spec
* tools/main.html - Testing tools that are no longer supported here -- moved into separate repo.

are not being picked up and published on w3c.github.io. I assume this is related to recent work that @marcoscaceres did to automate publishing.

How can they be picked up and made available?
