@mgiuca I agree that the situation mentioned in your proposal exist and need to be resolved. It's just that I don't think it is particularly suitable for assigning ID attributes to shortcuts. I think this situation should not use browser favorite links or desktop url shortcuts, but a new mode to support web applications provide services to others. In the above reply, I put a few Android-related links.
