For the [old processing model](https://github.com/w3c/resource-timing/pull/177/files#diff-0eb547304658805aad788d320f10bf1f292797b5e6d745a3bf617584da017051R942), we landed on aborting the reporting when the request wasn't triggered by "process the {i,}frame attributes". We can probably do something similar on the reporting side in HTML.
