Upon reading more about the _closed shadowroot feature_ [from](https://developers.google.com/web/fundamentals/web-components/shadowdom#closed) [a](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/ShadowRoot/mode) [wider](https://blog.revillweb.com/open-vs-closed-shadow-dom-9f3d7427d1af) [variety](https://web.dev/declarative-shadow-dom/) [of](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/Web_Components/Using_shadow_DOM) [sources](https://hayatoito.github.io/2016/shadowdomv1/#a-closed-shadow-root)... Why exactly do we not nuke this feature from orbit right away? I fail to see the benefit outweighing the risks. I am only talking about the "closed" parts, just to be clear, the rest doesn't bother me at all :D -- You are receiving this because you are subscribed to this thread.
