This might be true, I'm just pointing out that changing an important invariant might introduce a vulnerability for unsuspecting authors, and we should be careful doing that. 

We might come up with an _ugly_ workaround - for example, shadowroot attribute name might start with `on` (and I realize how ugly that is!), such that any sanitizer worth its salt is sure to drop it.
