Re: [whatwg/dom] [shadow-dom] Why does attributeChangedCallback fire before connectedCallback during parsing? (#899)

I suppose by forcing this on the custom element author, they will be forced to write code that works both during parsing, and in imperative cases where elements are created and modified before they are connected.
