@franktopel If you'd like to ask https://github.com/css-modules/css-modules to rename themselves, feel free; they have an issue tracker.

But beware, I believe no one will reply to your suggestion. Skimming through the repo, I don't think project owners have responded to literally any filed issue there in at least a year. (Why would they? What incentive do they have to change?)

They don't even close out bogus issues; all of the closed issues are from filers self-closing their own issues.
