Privacy/security-improving spec. Nice! I've got a few questions. Is there any way to foresee the standardisation of partitioning keying (technique) across implementations? It's not my desire to go into discussion what's best, conditioning on eTLD or the origin, but I guess there's a reasoning behind this. Seems (as you mention too) there is an Apple precedent and this of course opens another question: should this precedent be followed?
