Could you mention where the navigation will happen when the user clicks the shortcut in the `Responding to shortcut activation` section? On Android it'll replace the existing context if there is one or create a new one if there isn't. And on desktop it will always open a new window.

I think always opening a new window on desktop might not be a great experience for sites like Spotify but I don't think we can do anything until we get the proposed launch event.
