Once it is agreed, I will go through the rest of the spec and remove repetition (where I took the definitions from in algorithms and elsewhere) and instead link to the new definitions in concepts.

Also, what to do about the Respec warning `Failed to parse WebIDL: Syntax error at line 24, since enum OrientationType: "landscape-primary", ^ No comma between enum values. `. This is also messing up the formatting of that section
