Re: [whatwg/url] searchParams.set("param", undefined) should not stringify as param=undefined (#427)

First of all, it is unfortunate that twitter formatting removed the http:// from your example.  My first thought was "That's not even a valid URL" but after copying it into a text editor I see what happened.

Given that all browsers agree on this behavior, I think you'll have a hard time changing it.  It would certainly help if someone showed there would be no compatibility issues with the change, but it's hard to prove a negative.
