@rniwa @justinfagnani Is there anything newer to read on template instantiation beyond the original proposal?

As I recall, at the Tokyo 2018 meeting, Google presented some interesting ideas for lower-level template primitives. I think the resolution was that Google and Apple would follow up on those ideas after the meeting. I was wondering if the outcome of those discussions was documented anywhere as pre-reading for the F2F.
