Okay, that's interesting. I'm glad I asked.

You said [above](https://github.com/whatwg/url/issues/337#issuecomment-421986704) that we can move forward with this "if someone were to resolve the outstanding issues". You cited [another post](https://github.com/whatwg/url/issues/24#issuecomment-420621793) of yours, which talked about discussing grammar and saying that @rubys's attempt at railroad diagrams was not successful. Could you say what outstanding issues need to be resolved besides developing a correct and helpful representation of the syntax?
