We discussed this during yesterday's teleconference (but GitHub was being very flaky so we couldn't comment at the time), and concluded that this spec seems fine. We're going to close this for now. But it might be worth another round of review when this is close to shipping, given some of the concerns we had about the spec's language being precise enough to lead to interoperable implementations.
