[w3c/ServiceWorker] Query Cache algorithm should copy objects it manipulates (#1320)

At least, as https://w3c.github.io/ServiceWorker/#query-cache-algorithm is currently written it seems to mutate URLs in the cache if you specify `ignoreSearch` or some such.
