@Braj65 Yes. This is the manifest issue tracker, not a Chrome one.

Have you tried [manually triggering a prompt via devtools](https://developers.google.com/web/fundamentals/app-install-banners/#chrome_for_android)? You can do it when you phone is plugged into your machine.
