Re: [w3ctag/design-reviews] Request review of (text only) Async Clipboard API (#222)

I think we are looking specifically for responses on:

* https://github.com/w3c/clipboard-apis/issues/52 - I think we'd like to see some mention of the UA mitigation strategies enumerated by triblondon above in the Privacy/Security considerations section of the spec
* https://github.com/w3c/clipboard-apis/issues/51 - Good discussion in the spec. I think we are waiting to see the request() API mentioned in the issue get added to the spec.
