Re: [w3c/manifest] DisplayModeType Borderless (#684)

Dont close this.
Since the threat is about the close and open button and minimize/maximize being hidden, We should keep the close and open buttons there, but remove the rest of the wasted space. This seems reasonable and does not harm while giving extra space.
