Re: [whatwg/streams] Don't create { value, done } objects with Object.prototype for internal use (a27a1fd)

As @domenic notes over at web-platform-tests/wpt#12125, the objects with null prototypes are not exposed to user code. The reference implementation passes the tests, so if the standard doesn't it's a bug.
