On the one hand, navigation bar doesn't sound like a general concept should be put into the spec. Specifically, Android is probably the only platform has such concept. None of desktop platforms, nor iOS has it. Meanwhile, desktop browsers have a "location bar" include some navigation functionality, which makes it feel confusing in terminology. On the other hand, for a more general concept like "minimalUI", I'm concerned about how implementations would interpret that. What does "minimal" means?
