Hmm, above @foolip is saying there may or may not be a navigation bar and @jernoble was trying to avoid saying navigation bar altogether. `minimalUI = false` as a default strikes me as a better choice.

Or perhaps we can match `window.open()` terminology here? cc @zcorpan
