I am a bit concerned about the "Mislabeled image (nosniff)" case. Do you have any data on how common text/html is for images, with nosniff? At least for JavaScript this number was quite high, and even higher in the [HTTP Archive report](https://discuss.httparchive.org/t/can-you-get-a-list-of-non-standard-mime-types-used-for-js-scripts/1141/2). This number however doesn't take into account no-sniff.
