If we can agree on using `<shadowroot>` (or some other new element name), what is the next action for us? 1. Okay to introduce a new element name into HTML, without worrying about conflicts in wild? 2. Who can confirm whether it is feasible to update [HTML Parser](https://html.spec.whatwg.org/#parsing) in HTML Standard? I think there is very few people to update this part of HTML Standard.
