Re: [heycam/webidl] Dot notation for dictionary members is not spec'ed. (#453)

I think the main problem is that nothing defines meaning for that prose and we have defined meaning for dictionary["member"].

We could add dictionary.member, but a single style across specifications would likely lead to less confusion among readers, so I guess I'm with @domenic. (Dictionary's member is also not technically defined, but probably fine for now as there's still quite a few specifications that use that, but I'd expect we'd align them all eventually on a single Infra-standardized style.)
