[w3c/webcomponents] Fix Handlebars typos (#692)

In both [Ember](https://guides.emberjs.com/v2.16.0/templates/handlebars-basics/) and [Handlebars](http://handlebarsjs.com/) docs the name is always capitalised and plural.
This PR fixes following typos:
1. (e.g., Handleber template) -> (e.g., Handleber template)
2. handlebar style -> Handlebars
