Thinking about PWA developers (and literally hundreds of Manifest files I've looked at), I think there are likely to be two primary cases: * **Basic** - PWA developer just wants to link to a single image (or a few sizes of the same image) from their Manifest and have the Manifest consumers adjust (resize, crop, round, etc.) as appropriate * **Custom** - PWA developer would like to include multiple image assets in their Manifest so their end users have the nicest/richest experience on their devices.
